DEAR SIR / MADAM Goyal Group of Industries engaged in manufacture of dyes intermediates, Chloro-Benzenes and Nitro Chloro benzene, Nitro Benzene & Nitro Toluene derivatives. The groupâ € ™ s has annual turn of about US $ 100 million. Having An industrial Experience of more then 25 years, Panoli Intermediates ( India) Pvt. Ltd. Was established at Jhagadia in Year 1999, to manufacture Chlorinated Aromatic compounds, to take proximity advantage of adjacent Chloro-alkali plants. In 2002, as part of its forward integration plan, a new unit to manufacture Nitro Chloro compounds was commissioned at Nandesari, to avail benefit of common effluent treatment plant facilities developed by Industrial association. In 2004, M/ s Kutch Chemical Industries limited was set up near the international all weather ports namely KANDLA and MUNDRA with focusing on export market potential for dye intermediates, agro intermediates and chemicals. Gandhidham plant is having proximity advantage to international ports namely KANDLA and MUNDRA 3. â € ˜ Zero Effluent Dischargeâ € ™ Status for Gandhidham as well as Jhagadia plant, whereas Nandesari plant is availing facilities of Common Effluent Treatment Plant set up by Industrial Association. 4. Jhagadia unit is having proximity advantage of Chloro Alkali plants, because of which have advantage to get chlorine through pipeline. 5. To ensure continuous power, natural Gas Based power generation plants & Steam Based Captive power plant are available at all the three manufacturing units.
