Permanent Risk Dodging Chamber

Permanent risk dodging chamber refers to the dedicated underground roadway chamber with emergency dodging function set on the shaft station, horizontal roadway, and mining area risk dodging lines. They serve the whole mining wells, horizontal roadways or mining areas. It is mainly distributed on the main roadway or escape lines.By virtue of drilling holes penetrated to the ground, refresh air is transmitted to the chamber and communication with people on ground is available.

1. Life guarantee technology of mobile mining rescue capsule can be extended to develop a complete set of technical devices for refuge chamber.
2. Refuge chamber has all protective functions of rescue capsule. Moreover, it has a larger space and is capable of satisfying risk dodging and survival needs of all miners within certain area.

Setting Range

ˆ The survival chamber shall be not less than 2.0m wide. The length of it should be determined according to the rated number of persons and internal devices. The survival chamber shall be equipped with at least two one-way vent pipes and one one-way drainage pipe. The vent pipes and drainage pipe should be fitted with a manual valve.
‰ Net height of the permanent chamber shall not be smaller than 2.0m. Every one should have an effective area no less than 1.0m2. The rated number of people should be not less than 20 and not more than 100.
Å  Net height of the temporary chamber shall not be smaller than 1.85m. Every one should have an effective area no less than 0.9m2. The rated number of people should be not less than 10 and not more than 40.
