We use CAD/ CAM technology to design tooling. For manufacturing precise tooling, we have latest machines of CNC technology, such as CNC Grinding m/ c, P.L.C Grinding m/ c, CNC wirecut. For better finish & face lapping we have German make Otee brand lapping m/ c. As for Raw materials, apart from normal O.H.N.S & H.C.H.C material, we also have BOHLER make, S1, D2 & D3 material from Austria. Recently, we have developed for M/ S Ranbaxy Labs Ltd, punches & dies which give almost perfect breakability to the tablets. We manufacture Tablet Press Machines for R& D and large scale production.Our Turret contains 1% nickel and we use high steel grade material for our GMP model. we also deal in chinese made high quality capsule filling machines, italian made cone blenders, mixer and other process equipment, sweden based plastic container bottles for keeping tablet and also printed aluminium foils for blister packs.
